Life Story
He was martyred with his wife, children, and mother, in an Israeli bombing that targeted his home in the town of Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip. He was a liberated prisoner who spent 23 years in the occupation prisons before he was released in the Wafa al-Ahrar deal. He is considered one of the well-known political and cultural elites, as he emerged among the cultural elites as a writer and analyst. A politician, he has a number of books and scientific research specialized in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and he is the director of the Atlas Center for Israeli Studies.
